Stuffed Crust Pizza:
Stuffed Pizza Crust
Ingredients:
Prepared pizza crust recipe
Cheese sticks or your favorite cheese, grated
Prepare any pizza dough like those above. Roll it out oversized by 3-4" larger than the pan you will bake the pizza in. Place the cheese sticks or grated cheese in a row about 1" in from the edge of the dough all the way around. Now just pull the extra 1" of dough over top of the cheese and crimp a seal with your fingers into the dough bottom inside the pan, completely enveloping the cheese inside.
Add toppings and bake as instructed in the dough recipe.Voila! Cheese-stuffed pizza crust at home!
